Brows
Feathery hair strokes, a soft wash of colour or a combination for textured brows. There is a style for everyone. The best thing? Not having to fill your brows every single day!

Lash Line Enhancement
A very fine shading amongst your lashes. It doesn’t come above your lash line and is very natural. You will be left looking like you have a nice dense lash line.
-
Lip Blush
Imagine having beautifully defined lips and only needing to wear a lip balm. Lip blush can be a transparent wash of colour to a full lipstick effect and help balance, correct, add more fullness and definition.

Fine Line
Super fine, tiny tattoos.
If you find yourself constantly filling your brows, never leave the house without mascara or eyeliner or feel like your lips could look more plump or defined, cosmetic tattooing could be for you.
With 8+ years experience (and over 14 years specialising in brows), I can guide you in what colour, shape and style would suit you, your lifestyle and what you would like to achieve.
Cosmetic tattoos can truely boost your confidence and make every morning that bit easier.
I have continued to stay ahead of the brow game, training in microblading at the Australian Cosmetic Tattoo College in Sydney. Believing in the importance of up-skilling, I furthered my studies at the Melbourne College of Cosmetic Tattooing, training in machine work and most recently gaining a certificate in fine line tattoos.
You can find me in Skinsational at 13 Green St, Wangaratta.
All bookings can be made directly with me by booking online via the link below or email me at info@fairlieexintaris.com.au
Complimentary in-person consultations can also be booked online with no obligation to go ahead. If cosmetic tattoo is something you’re thinking about but unsure, I’d love to see you and answer any questions you have.

Cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent tattoo designed to enhance or balance facial features, fill over plucked or sparse brows or adjust natural colouring. Unlike regular tattoos, cosmetic tattoos are semi-permanent; our body naturally metabolises the pigment with results lasting 1-10 years, although touch ups are recommended 12-24 monthly to keep your colour looking fresh. The tattoo is completed over 2 sessions with the second being just as important as the first.
A topical anaesthetic will be used before and during your treatment.
After all cosmetic tattoo appointments you will be given an aftercare kit that includes instructions and an aftercare cream.
A consultation is required for all cosmetic tattoos as they aren't suitable for every person and can be done by email, FaceTime or in person.

Now that you have a beautiful new set of brows, lash enhancement or lip blush, there are some important things to know in order to care for your brows. Following this aftercare properly will ensure you get the very best results and avoid infection.
Avoid all water, steam, sweat, skincare, SPF and makeup on the area. Apply the aftercare supplied 3-4 times per day with a clean cotton tip (no fingers!). Don't let your tattoo dry out, keeping it moist will help with healing.
Apply aftercare directly before a shower to help create a barrier from steam and accidental splashes.
If you need to clean build up from your tattoo, use a slightly damp cotton pad to very gently dab. Follow this with your aftercare. Don't rub or pick at your tattoo.
Keep your tattoo out of the sun while healing. The sun can affect the healing process as well as the colour of your new tattoo.
Long Term Care.
Applying a sunscreen with SPF-50 when outside and keeping direct sun off your tattoo wherever possible will help to keep it true to colour and from fading prematurely.
Laser treatments and chemical peels MUST NOT be used on the area. If you are having these done you MUST inform the technician about any cosmetic tattoo.
Maintenance.
Your beautiful new tattoo is semi permanent. It is a two session process, after which you will need annual maintenance sessions to keep your tattoo fresh and true to colour.
Fine Line Tattoo.
Your new tattoo will be wrapped before you leave your appointment. Leave this wrap on for 24 hours. After 24 hours you can unwrap your tattoo, wash with an unscented body wash or antibacterial wash.
Air dry or pat gently with clean paper towel before reapplying your aftercare in a thin layer.
Avoid water (other than washing when needed) and sweat for 5 days.Continue to reapply a thin layer of aftercare until your tattoo is completely healed.
When you sleep you may want to wrap your tattoo so that your sheets don’t stick.
By day 4 your tattoo may flake and get a bit itchy.
Don’t scratch or pick your tattoo, let it flake off naturally. Picking at it will result in a patchy tattoo and can cause infection.
Only touch your new tattoo with clean hands.
Avoid exposure to sun until your tattoo is completely healed (then use an SPF to keep it looking fresh and crisp.Let your tattoo pass through peeling phase before you exercise.

Microblading / Feathering
A hand tool is used to implant pigment into the skin creating fine, hair-like strokes through the brow to mimic the natural growth of your brow hairs. Microblading is not suitable for more oily skin types, dense or most over plucked brows.
Ombré Brows
Can vary from a very soft powder look to a full, defined brow and anywhere between. Perfect for those who want to have a naturally fuller appearance or fill their brows regularly. Ombré brows are suitable for all skin types.
Combination Brows
A combination of both microblading and ombré, this style is perfect for those who have over plucked, gaps to fill or need both texture and fullness. It can be done in different styles, with hair strokes at the front only or hairstrokes and ombré through the whole brow.
Your brows will be accurately mapped with a design to suit you and your own personal style. Your brows will be significantly darker for the first 2-3 days after your appointment but will fade to their true colour of the course of the healing process.
After your initial session, a second tattooing session to perfect your brows is done 4-8 weeks later, once your brows have completely healed. Your tattooing appointments will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the style you choose

Full Lip
A full lip will give you a lipstick effect.
Your lips will be mapped and checked and a style above will be chosen to suit you and what you would like to achieve. Your tattoo session can take between 2-3 hours and will be repeated 6-8 weeks later to perfect them. Over the first few days your lips will look quite intense and may be slightly swollen.
